What it costs you

You're not losing the work because you're too expensive.

You're losing it because you were up a ladder with your phone in the van, and somebody else picked up.

2pm

The phone rings

You're under a floor. You ring back at six. They'd booked someone at half four.

9:47pm

An enquiry lands on the site

It sits there until morning. The other electrician replied at 9:52.

Eight months later

The socket job you didn't pick up

Same customer. Their rewire went somewhere else.

Never

You'll never know

There's no missed call list for the ones who never rang twice.

You're paying for the van, the insurance and the tools. Don't let the website leak the customers they brought in.

What you get

Three things working together, in one dashboard.

The looked after website

A fresh, mobile first electrical website, built for you.

  • Hosting, SSL and security handled
  • Maintenance, basic SEO and a monthly health check
  • Small edits and image uploads whenever you need them
  • Lead capture built in, not bolted on
  • Your dashboard login

24/7 receptionist

Answers the call when you physically can't. Free for 30 days.

  • Works out what the job actually is
  • Takes the name, the number and the postcode
  • Drops the enquiry straight into your dashboard
  • Never off, never late, never another wage

Website chat

Answers on your site at 9pm on a Sunday.

  • Turns someone browsing into a conversation
  • Gets the fault, the address and the urgency
  • Hands you the lead instead of losing it
  • Same dashboard, same place to look
Try it before you trust it

Don't take my word for it. Talk to the thing.

One is a call it actually handled, recorded. The other you can argue with yourself, right now. It is the same assistant that answers for Lanaway Electrical, set up around your services, your area and your hours.

Proof

See it running inside a real electrical business.

Lanaway Electrical is my own firm, and it's where everything gets proved before another electrician is asked to trust it. Direct Electrical is a working electrical firm whose site I built and now run, on their own domain.

It runs my own electrical firm, every day.

Before any other electrician is asked to trust it, it answers the calls, replies to the website and sends the quotes at Lanaway Electrical in Folkestone.

After 30 days

I don't need to lock you in.

If the receptionist catches work, you'll know. If the chat earns its place, you'll know. If one doesn't, turn that one off.

01

Start

Your first month is £49.99, with the receptionist free for 30 days.

02

Run it

I build the site and switch the receptionist and chat on around your services, your area and your hours.

03

Review

Before you decide, I go through the month together: the real calls, chats, leads and jobs.

04

Keep what earns its place

Nothing upgrades automatically and nothing renews behind your back. Rolling monthly.

Said plainly

What is covered, and what isn't.

Covered

A fresh mobile first electrical website, hosting, SSL and security, maintenance and basic SEO foundations, a monthly health check, your dashboard login, self service changes and image uploads, one or two small manual edits a month, and every lead in one place.

Not covered

Your domain, which you keep and control. Business email. Major rebuilds. Unlimited bespoke pages. Advanced SEO campaigns. Paid ads. I host and maintain the site while the subscription runs. Stop, and the service ends at the end of the paid period, or you can keep the site outright for a one off price, confirmed in writing first.

Questions

Straight answers.

Am I tied into a contract?

No. It is rolling monthly. Cancel before the next renewal and it ends at the end of the period you have paid for.

What does the receptionist do on a call?

It answers, works out what the job actually is, takes the name, the number and the postcode, and drops the enquiry straight into your dashboard. You can hear a recorded example before you decide.

Do I keep my domain?

Yes. Your domain is yours and you control it.

What if I only want the website?

Then keep only the website. After the first month I go through what earned its place and you keep only what you want.

Who is behind it?

Me, an electrician in Folkestone. I built it because this admin gets old fast, and it runs in my own firm first.
