What this actually costs you

You're not losing the work because you're too expensive.

You're losing it because you were up a ladder with your phone in the van, and somebody else picked up.

You're paying for the van, the insurance, the tools and the fuel. Then letting the website leak the customers all of it brought in.

Try it before you trust it

Don't take my word for it. Talk to the thing.

One is a call it actually handled, recorded. The other you can argue with yourself, right now.

Real transcript

Play a receptionist call

A customer with dead kitchen sockets. Watch it work out the fault, get the postcode and take the details. Then decide whether you'd trust it with yours.

Press play. You hear the call and the transcript follows it.

7 exchanges · about 82 seconds

A scripted example of how the receptionist handles a fault call. Both voices are synthesised.

Chat with the agent

You're the customer. Ask it about a fault, an EV charger, a consumer unit or a quote visit, and see how far it gets before it needs you.

Lanaway ElectricalHello. What's the problem, and whereabouts are you?

The real assistant, answering as Lanaway Electrical. Yours would be set up around your services, your area and your hours.

The entry point

Start with the thing every electrical business already needs.

You can spend £1,000–£2,000 upfront and still be the one answering every call. We changed the model.

What /month covers

  • A fresh, mobile-first electrical website
  • Hosting, SSL and security
  • Maintenance and basic SEO foundations
  • A monthly health check and reasonable optimisation
  • Your client login and CEO dashboard
  • Self-service changes and image uploads
  • One or two small manual edits a month
  • Lead capture, every lead in one place

What it doesn't

Said plainly, so there's no surprise three months in.

  • Your domain, which you keep and control
  • Business email
  • Major rebuilds
  • Unlimited bespoke pages
  • Advanced SEO campaigns
  • Paid ads

We host and maintain it while the subscription runs. Stop, and the service ends at the end of the paid period. Or keep the site outright for a one-off , confirmed in writing first.

Proof

See it running inside a real electrical business.

Lanaway Electrical is my own firm, and it's where everything gets proved before another electrician is asked to trust it.

Day 30

We don't need to lock you in.

If the receptionist catches work, you'll know. If the chat earns its place, you'll know. If one doesn't, turn that one off.

All three, one dashboard.

Before you decide, we go through the month together

We'll look at the actual calls, chats, leads and jobs recorded in your first month before you choose anything. Nothing upgrades automatically and nothing renews behind your back. Keep only the website and you keep only the website, at /month. Rolling monthly: cancel before the next renewal and it ends at the end of the period you've paid for.

An example, not a promise

If your dashboard showed £4,000 of actual won work from enquiries the system captured that month, the full system would be about 9% of it. Your review uses your real numbers, and if the figure's small, that's your answer and you keep the website only.

Who's behind it

“Built by an electrician because this admin gets old fast.”

I didn't build this because electricians needed another "AI product". I built it because trying to work, answer calls, reply to enquiries, book quotes and keep a website updated at the same time is a pain.

Lanaway Electrical is where we prove it before asking another electrician to trust it. The goal is simple: let the electrician do the electrical work.

FAQ

The things worth asking

No long tie-in. Rolling monthly. Cancel before the next renewal cutoff and the service ends at the end of the period you've paid for.

The managed service stops. If you want to keep the site we built, there's a separate outright purchase, currently , confirmed in writing before you commit to anything.

Yes. It stays in your name and under your control. We just point it at the site we host.

The website stays at /month. You decide whether to keep the Receptionist, the Chat, both or neither. Nothing upgrades on its own.

Not to begin with, unless we've agreed a pricing rule with you first. It handles the first enquiry and captures the information. You price the job.

It's set up around your services, areas, hours, FAQs and whatever you approve. If you don't take commercial work, or won't travel past a certain postcode, it knows before it takes a call.

Where the booking integration is on, it works from the calendar availability you've approved. Blocked Friday afternoon stays blocked.

Fair-use for a normal trade business, set out in the terms. Genuinely heavy usage may be billable, and we'd talk to you about it rather than send a surprise invoice.

Last word

Don't take our word for it. Put it in your business.

New website. 24/7 Receptionist. 24/7 Website Chat. One dashboard. Use the lot for 30 days and decide what deserves to stay.
