Lanaway Electrical is my own firm. It is where every system is built and tested before another business is asked to trust it, which is why it is shown here as my own firm, not as a client.
The website is built for the way its customers actually arrive: on a phone, often in the evening, usually with a photo of the problem. Prices are visible, the enquiry form takes pictures, and an assistant answers when nobody can pick up.
Quotes go out as a page rather than a PDF. The customer sees the options, the price and what is included, and accepts from their phone. Behind it, one system holds the jobs, the invoices and the money, and writes a short report each evening so the day can be read in a minute.
